Please join us in celebrating this year’s honorary veteran, JR Richardson nominated by The Veteran Resource Network. JR is a retired member of the U.S. Air Force.
JR is the director of military and veteran services at Bellevue University. He has actively engaged himself in community outreach in support of all veterans by establishing a unified institution where multiple veteran organizations can share services, provide community outreach, and assist veterans with any needs they may have. He has dedicated his personal time to sponsor and connect the following organizations.

JR Assists these organizations in their nonprofit efforts to provide free services to veterans in need. He will help any veteran and ensure they receive the services required to help them succeed in any endeavor they are facing. He has proven that the timeless values of loyalty, respect, selfless service, honor, and integrity are a living testament to the ideals in which he leads. His devotion to the community, Bellevue University, and its Military Veterans Service Center reflects great credit upon himself, his peers, and all veterans alike.
