HORIZON THERAPY GROUP
Operation 22 til Freedom has partnered with Horizon Therapy Group to provide FREE counseling services.
These services will provide one mental health evaluation and up to five individual counseling sessions per veteran or active military personnel.
All information besides, the client name, total number of sessions, and fees are confidential. Horizon Therapy Group will bill OTTF for sessions.
After these paid sessions Horizon Therapy can refer clients for assistance for insurance or sliding scale billing offered by Horizon Therapy.
